Join us in celebrating Neighbourhood House Week in Wyndham!

Neighbourhood House Week (NHW) is an annual national celebration recognising the vital role of neighbourhood houses and community centres in promoting community well-being and connection.

This year the theme is Your Place to Connect, highlighting how Community Centres provide welcoming spaces where everyone can come together, share experiences, learn, and support one another. From volunteering and community projects to casual conversations and learning new skills, these connections create meaningful change that strengthens the social fabric of communities.

This year, from 11 to 17 May 2026, Wyndham’s Community Centres are hosting various fun, free and low-cost activities like Yoga, Tai Chi, Woodworking, Cake Making, Gardening, Painting and much more.

Come along to learn new skills, make new friends, and feel connected to your community. We can’t wait to see you there!
