• Monday 7:00 pm: Ladies only
• Wednesday 7:30 pm: Mixed group (men & women)
• Thursday 7:30 pm: Ladies only
Classes are run by a certified instructor holding Certificate III & IV in Fitness and Mat Pilates qualifications. Come join us for a balanced, energising workout designed to suit all fitness levels!
