The demand for an adult fitness session for working people in our community began with a small group of ladies exercising out of a garage. The group grew so quickly that it had to move to the Community Centre to accommodate the increasing numbers. It now runs three days a week, with even more demand building for a weekend session.

DanceFit is run by a young and passionate woman who has been dancing for 8+ years, Saniya.

Our classes blend high-energy dance moves with a heart-pumping workout, all set to the vibrant beats of Bhangra, Bollywood and International dance music.

A fun and easy to follow class; guaranteed to boost your mood all whilst burning calories.
