We have flexible starts and finishes according to volunteers' personal needs. Every Wednesday we have a communal morning tea and a BBQ lunch during pruning season to promote friendships. The Rose Garden provides a delightful setting in which to volunteer. You will be taught how to deadhead and prune according to the needs of maintaining a world-class display garden.

The Garden is under the control of Parks Victoria. We have and welcome a range of ages from toddlers (not covered by Parks insurance but under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or grandparent) to retirees in their eighties. We always have trained First-Aiders on duty.
