Wyndham Workers with Young People Network (WWWYPN) was established in 2011. It is a professional network for people working in the Youth Sector or having regular contact with young people in a professional manner. WWWYPN is an opportunity for professionals to connect, share programs, events, services & opportunities that are relevant to young people.
This committee supports the professional connections across the Wyndham Community to encourage referrals, partnerships and sharing of resources & information. From small organizations to other local governments in the Western Region, everyone involved with young people’s development is welcome to join the network.
WWWYPN run every 6 weeks with a mix of online & face to face sessions across the year

2024 Meeting Information and Dates
The meetings run for 1.5 hours and include presentations from local providers, work shop, formal information sharing, information networking time.
All meetings are from 9.30am - 11.am - Meetings will be held face to face or online via Microsoft Teams - refer to the date schedule below. A link to join the meeting will be sent to all Network subscribers prior to each meeting.

All professionals in the network are invited to send relevant updates about events, programs, and services to be shared in the monthly Youth in Wyndham newsletter.
If you would like to contribute your youth related programs, events or services, please submit your request and ensure you adhere to the guidelines.
GUIDELINES
- Please submit the information of your event, program, or service by adhering to the template provided in the form.
- Information provided needs to be accurate and updated.
- The event, program or services is relevant to the context and time of the year.
- Please note that the cut-off date for submission is five days before the publishing due date to allow for adequate review and preparation of the newsletter
- The event, program, or services take place within the Western LGA’s.
- The event, program or services need to be addressed to young people aged 12 – 25 who work, live, study and/or recreate in the Western LGA’s.
- The event, program or services need to be relevant for the social, physical, professional, educative and development and mental well-being of young people aged 12 – 25 who work, live, study and/or recreate the Western LGA’s.
