What is it?

A supportive network for youth counselling professionals working with young people in Melbourne’s Western regions. Counsellors can develop skills and knowledge, build networks, seek advice and share resources.   

Who is it for?

To be eligible you must be employed and practice in a wellbeing role in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. Members are required to attend at least 2 meetings per year. All discussions are confidential.

2025 meeting dates and times:

  • Tuesday 11 March: Orygen Youth Health (referring processes and eligibility criteria)
  • Tuesday 13 May: Supporting refugee families in school
  • Tuesday 1 July: How to have conversations about suicide
  • Tuesday 9 September: QWEST - How to support families with young people in LGBTIQA + community
  • Tuesday 11 November: Alcohol and other drugs

Time: 9.30-10.45am
