  1. By casting a vote for the People’s Choice Award in the Ethnic Elegance Street Photography Competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.  If your vote does not comply with these terms and conditions, it is not valid and will not be accepted.
  2. Voting is open to persons who attend the Ethnic Elegance Photography Competition exhibition at Saltwater Community Centre, 153 Saltwater Promenade, Point Cook, between 26 July 2024 and 15 September 2024.  If you are aged under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s consent to vote.
  3. Voting opens at 9:00am on 26 July 2024 and closes at 5:00pm on 15 September 2024 (‘voting period’).  Votes received outside of the voting period will not be accepted.
  4. To cast a vote, during the voting period you must visit the Ethnic Elegance Photography Competition exhibition at Saltwater Community Centre and submit a properly completed voting form either in person via hard copy entry form or online at https://www.wyndham.vic.gov.au/form/ethnic-elegance-peoples-choice.
  5. Only one vote per person will be accepted.
  6. The entrant whose photograph receives the highest number of valid votes during the voting period will be awarded the People’s Choice Award in the Ethnic Elegance Street Photography Competition.
  7. The winner of the People’s Choice Award will be announced at the exhibition’s closing event at Saltwater Community Centre between 6:30pm and 8:30pm on 21 September 2024, and will subsequently be published in a Council media release and announced on Council’s website and social media pages.
  8. Council, acting in its entire discretion, may exclude and disqualify votes where it reasonably believes that:
    (a) the voting process has been tampered or interfered with;
    (b) the vote has not been legitimately made; or
    (c) he vote is otherwise invalid.
  9. Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, invalid or corrupt votes.
  10. Council reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice to you.
  11. Council’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
