Soil assessments consultancy services are to be performed on material in stockpiles at the Wyndham City Council Refuse Disposal Facility (RDF). Provision should be made to provide an excavator and/or drill rig with associated operators at times when Council is unable to provide the required plant for extracting soil samples. Pricing is (Fixed for Years 1 & 2) under this tender, respondents are required to provide pricing and reporting for testing of stockpiled material, as required. Rate(s) provisional for additional minor services and design and Geotechnical Inspection and (GITA) services. Contract is for two years with a possible one-year extension.
A separate requirement involves the review of external reports on external in-situ material to be used for various reasons at the RDF. The successful respondent would be invited to prepare a report and submit to the Council stating the suitability and relevance of external in-situ material for use at the RDF.
