Garage Sale Trail is one of Wyndham City many initiatives designed to offer Wyndham residents with ways to reuse unwanted items, and to divert waste from landfill. Shoppers can pick up a bargain, all whilst doing our bit for the environment and supporting circular economy.
In 2023 Wyndham hosted 178 garage sales and collectively made participants over $51,000! Thanks to over 5700 participants in Wyndham, we were able to divert 23,522kgs of items from landfill.
Dates for 2024 Garage Sale Trail have been set:
Weekend 1: Saturday 9 November and Sunday 10 November, 2024
Weekend 2: Saturday 16 November and Sunday 17 November, 2024
