Chair yoga is Yoga poses that are performed sitting on, or with the support of a chair! There’s no need to worry about getting up and down off the ground .

My Time is for parents and carers of a child with a disability, chronic medical condition or other additional needs including developmental delay. Pre-school age children are welcome.

Unwind and share experiences with others who understand

This fun, hands-on course builds confidence in cake and cupcake making using both professional mixes and from-scratch recipes. Learn practical baking skills in a relaxing environment with like-minded peers.

The course runs for 2 weeks, 3 hours a week. Starting March 16!
