Weekly sessions include:

• Planning and completing service projects
• Games, arts and meaningful discussions
• Exploration of different concepts and its application to our life- such as excellence, hope and unity and more.

Empowerment occurs when the junior youth understand their own capacities to make a difference and possess the qualities, attitudes, insights and knowledge which enables them to consistently make, and confidently express positive decisions despite social pressures.
