About the Speaker

Tina Cao is the Service Manager of the Partners in Wellbeing Program, with over 10 years’ experience in community mental health. As a small business owner, Tina understands the link between building strong teams and cultivating wellbeing in the workplace. She’s passionate about person-centred practice, ensuring that the needs of individuals are always at the forefront. Tina’s leadership focuses on creating positive, supportive environments where both people and teams can thrive, making a real impact in the community and business alike.
