New Day Yoga

New Day Yoga is your judgement free zone. Wholeness and life starts with connection, in our selves and with others. Bek's students frequently speak of her empathy and compassion. Behind this, is the thoughtful path of determination and patience to see them break through barriers and beliefs that hold them back from achieving their personal freedom. Her approach is warm, hands-on and spiritually insightful. It wasn't until I believe yoga was revealed to me, that I discovered a practical application of the respect and honour I had been created for in union with the Source of Life. It is from yoga that I have grounding, imagery, science, respect and form to the splendour of the human life, my own being now and to others. This alone drives me every day, bringing fresh insights to my students, affecting my responses to people who suffer physically, mentally and/or spiritually. Bek has a solid grounding in technical anatomy, mental and emotional health along with life experience.
