This year’s program will feature an incredible line up of LGBTQIA+ artists and allies including:
- Hosted by Aysha Buffet - A fabulous foodie Queen, serving the children love, entertainment and literal food! Hailing from Naarm by way of the provinces of Philippines, she is constantly serving high fashion, high campery and reads that are both funny and too real. Whether she's hosting at your local watering hole, creating chaos on stage at a music festival or sitting in the corner at KFC eating a 3-piece feed, her love for food, fashion and her community is endless.
- Saint Ergo – Saint Ergo is a cinematic modern-contemporary music experience with soundscapes that will shake your hips and break your soul. Joanna is the force behind the project that forges a unique fusion of R&B and baroque pop. You can feel the lived experience that we share as human beings within every song. The common thread has always been about the journey of connection, inclusivity, and the struggle for relevance as a creative within our greater society.
- Disco Rodeo Boot Scooting - Kitty and Lu are partners in scooting and life, spreading the joy of boot scooting throughout Victoria. They teach roof-raising boot scoots step-by-step, until y'all are doing grapevines and K-steps in your sleep. They run weekly, inclusive, beginner friendly classes in Thornbury and Footscray and are well on their way to achieving their life goal of running a boot scooting cult of their hillbilly dreams!
- Leroy Macqueen - With their powerful voice, introspective lyrics and emotional songs, Leroy Macqueen is quickly making a name for themselves. Their live performances are a thrilling mix of undeniable charisma, infectious energy, and off-the-cuff humour that leaves audiences wanting more. Born with a musical passion, Leroy learned guitar and songwriting in their early teenage years. From tales of heavy drinking to the mental challenges of the music industry, Leroy's lyrics beautifully capture the essence of the travelling troubadour lifestyle.
- Barr B Doll - is an electrifying performer hailing from the vibrant city of Melbourne. With a passion for dance and a flair for the dramatic, Barr B Doll commands the stage with their captivating presence and killer moves. So, get ready to be dazzled by the one and only Barr B Doll, the dancing diva who brings the house down every time they step into the spotlight!
- Squid Nebula - Having spent the better part of a decade lighting up dancefloors
around Victoria, pairing cosmic groove with psychedelic disco. Fronted by the hypnotic soul vocals of Noongar musician Bumpy and backed by a band that includes members from Quality Used Cars, Bohjass and Jake Amy’s band. - DJ Gaff E - Hi-Energy Punk Disco Queen Gaff E transcends genres flying her own divine style. Gaff E has performed and DJ’d around the world and thrives on sharing her cosmic performances and happy music to connect people with their true selves and ultimate freedom.
- Sunshine and Disco Faith Choir - 2016 saw the sun beam through the windows, while the music raised the hands of the masses, the hearts of revellers lit up in gold. It was the time Sunshine and Disco Faith Choir came into the world with open arms and voices, to change the way the people rejoiced. Born in Melbourne, with a dream to impact the world, the Disco Faith Choir was the blessing of Sunshine- one of the city’s renowned DJ and producers, who was raised on the dancefloor and found community on the dancefloor. With a desire to unite anthemic club tracks with uplifting gospel and soul vocals, Sunshine took to the streets endeavouring to bring her studio output to life with the grandiose affections of a choir.
