Sports Strength Training is a group-based program designed to enhance overall strength, power, and athletic performance. It focuses on building the foundational muscles and skills necessary for success in various sports, helping young athletes increase their speed, agility, and endurance. 

The session includes a mix of weightlifting, resistance exercises, plyometrics, and functional movements for 8 to 16 years. There are two sessions to choose from:

  • When: Saturday 11 January
    • 10 to 10:45am
    • 1 to 1:45pm
  • Where: Fitrme Personal Training and Wellness Studio, Hoppers Crossing
