Privacy Collection Statement

Wyndham City Council is collecting your personal information in order to assess whether the requested payment plan will adequately cover any outstanding arrears and current year's annual rates within the specified timeframe.

Your information will be stored in Council’s Customer Database and used to identify you when communicating with Council and for delivery of services and information. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic). Payment Extension

A one-off payment extension to pay arrears amount in full in 30 days.

Payment Plan

Please propose a payment plan that will pay the arrears and current years rates in 12 months.

Please note that the proposed payment plan must cover all outstanding arrears and current year's rates within the current financial year. If you are unable to meet this requirement, please email your proposed payment plan to mail@wyndham.vic.gov.au . Our Rates Collections team will then contact you to discuss further. The payment plan will only be activated upon your receipt of a formal confirmation from the Council. Thank you for your cooperation.
