Through a diverse array of artistic styles on canvas and paper, Neha Prakash captures fleeting expressions and emotions, offering a heartfelt glimpse into the essence of humanity.

This exhibition showcases the artistic journey of Neha Prakash, whose work delves into the beauty of human expression through portraiture. From early childhood, she was drawn to the creative arts, but like many women, she took a break after marriage before rekindling her passion at the age of 43. Encouraged by her family, she formally trained in painting under Guru Rajesh Parvoor at the Singapore Indian Fine Arts School. Later, during the global pandemic, she expanded her skills through online classes with Guru Parag Borse, exploring a range of mediums including acrylic, charcoal, soft pastel, and oil.
Starting with watercolour, she gradually embraced other techniques, developing a profound love for portraiture—a medium through which she expresses the depth of human simplicity, innocence, and emotion. Working across watercolour, acrylic, soft pastel, oil, pencil, and charcoal, her artistic practice spans portraits, abstracts, and landscapes.
