
Wyndham Arts and Culture invites all musicians, DJs, music-lovers and creatives to the May Creatives Catch Up. Hear from special guest speaker Fiona Duncan, newly appointed CEO of Music Victoria, and 2024 Wyndham City Council Creative Development Grant recipient Rod Pilois. Rod will perform original songs he wrote with support from a creative development grant.
All genres, styles and levels of experience of music-makers are welcome to attend this celebration gathering.

About Music Victoria
Music Victoria is the state peak body for contemporary music, providing advocacy on behalf of the music sector and actively supporting, promoting and celebrating the Victorian music community. About Rod Pilois
Rod Pilois of Beatfactor Music was a recipient of a 2024 Creative Development Grant. Rod is a percussionist, guitarist, songwriter and teacher. He used his grant to research and develop new musical works in contemporary music and world music styles, such as African, Afro-Cuban, Middle Eastern and Latin-American styles, with local collaborators. At the Creatives Catch Up, Rod will share insights from his creative development project and perform a selection of his new works. https://beatfactormusic.com/
