Privacy Collection Statement
Your personal information is being collected by Wyndham City Council to enable you to enter the Mother’s Day giveaway competition 2025. By entering this competition, you agree that your personal information will be collected in the administration of the competition as stated in the Terms and Conditions. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic). For further information about how your personal information is handled, please visit Council’s Privacy Policy.
- This competition is run by Wyndham City Council in the state of Victoria, Australia only.
By submitting an entry to this competition you:
a) confirm that you are a resident of Wyndham;b) is over 18 years of age; and
c) accept these terms and conditions of entry.
- Entries which do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be valid and will not be accepted.
- Entrants must be residents of Wyndham. Council staff, Councillors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- The competition starts at 12:00pm on 30 April 2025 and ends at 5:00pm on 8 May 2025 (‘competition period’). Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

7. Only one entry per entrant will be accepted.
8. The competition will be drawn on 9 May 2025 by Council staff at random, using a number generator. The total prize pool is valued at $972.
9. If a prize has not been claimed by 30 June 2025 the winner will be deemed to have surrendered the prize and Council may opt to do a further draw.
10. Council may require a winner to provide evidence of the winner’s identity and that they are a resident of Wyndham. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a winner, Council reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine the identity of a winner.
11. You must indemnify and hold harmless Council, its councillors and employees against all claims arising in connection with a breach or potential breach of these terms and conditions.
12. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
13. Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, invalid or corrupt entries.
14. If for any reason the competition cannot be run as planned, Council reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
15. Council’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
