Please ensure that you have read and understood the latest SEMP Guidelines and Standards manual, and other relevant info regarding the Site Environmental Management Plan on Council's website.

Ensure that you have the following documents handy, as you will be required to upload them or provide reference number when submitting this form:

  1. Your draft SEMP on Wyndham City Council's approved template. You can get the template from our website linked above.
  2. All other approved documents required as per your permit conditions.
