The dates are confirmed for the much-loved State Rose & Garden Show in 2024!
This popular free Wyndham City event will be held on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 November at Werribee Park, 10am – 4pm daily.
The State Rose Garden is one of Victoria’s best kept secrets, with over 5000 different species of roses in the beautiful grounds at the Victoria State Rose Garden at Werribee Park.
There is truly something for everyone at the event, shop the huge selection of specialty garden exhibitors with garden products, hear from garden personalities and gather tips, tricks, and knowledge on garden related topics, check out the workshops, grab a meal from a food truck and picnic amongst the glorious garden which will be held early November.
The garden is maintained all year around by a dedicated and devoted group of volunteers. Entry is free. A donation to support the volunteers of the Victoria State Rose Garden is always appreciated.

Applications are currently open for garden related exhibitors to put their products in front of flower and garden loving customers within the glorious grounds of the Victoria State Rose Garden. This event attracts locals and garden appreciators from afar, all looking for a fun and beautiful day out.

2024 Exhibitor Packages
Standard Exhibitor - $300 + GST (normally $500 + GST)
- inclusive of 3x3 marquee, personalised event signage, 1 x trestle table, 2 x chairs
Premium Exhibitor - $450 + GST (normally $625 + GST)
- inclusive of 6x3 marquee, personalised event signage, 1 x trestle table, 2 x chairs
Not For Profit Exhibitor - $200 + GST (normally $200 + GST)
- inclusive of 3x3 marquee, personalised event signage, 1 x trestle table, 2 x chairs (Proof of NFP status will be required)
Optional add-ons if selecting a marquee package
- Additional 3x3 picket fence area $150 +GST
- Additional 6x3 picket fence area $250 + GST
- Corner site (only a limited amount available) $100 +GST
All fees are for the two-day event duration.
- Applications close strictly at 5pm Friday 26 July 2024.
- Please note that completing an application does not guarantee that you will be accepted and that not all applications will be successful. Wyndham City will make the final decision about successful applicants based on suitability and the requirements of the event and any decisions are made for the benefit of the event and guests that attend.
- You will be advised whether your application has been successful or unsuccessful by Wyndham City within two weeks of the closing of applications.
- If your application is successful, you will be required to pay all site fees within 30 days from receipt of invoice as per Council’s payment terms or your site may be re-allocated.
