Wyndham City Libraries Tour – Expression of Interest

Early years

Wyndham City Libraries Children’s team are very happy to offer free tours of our Libraries to local schools and kindergartens. Sessions are tailored to the age of the children and we talk about how the children can use the library.  We also incorporate some fun age-appropriate activities, such as scavenger hunts and reading stories together.

Please note that the Children’s Team will require a minimum of 4 weeks of notice to organise your library visit.

Please complete this form to express your interest in organising a Wyndham City Libraries Tour with the Children’s team.

    • research skills and study support
    • reader’s advisory
    • family and local history
  • Visits to schools, encompassing the topics above, or to participate in school events e.g. career expos, parent information events, celebrations of literacy events
  • Donating weeded items from our collections for rehoming in school and classroom libraries
  • Engaging teachers and students through our library events and competitions, such as Considered Conversations: a teacher-librarian network, and Battle of the Books
