Opportunity Wyndham invites you to the official launch of three comprehensive toolkits to help local businesses.

The Opportunity Wyndham Inclusive Toolkits consist of three comprehensive resources for local businesses and partners to use to improve their inclusive work practices, including the Inclusive Industries Toolkit, the Industry Mentoring Toolkit, and the Employee Retention Toolkit. These toolkits were collaboratively developed by Council in partnership with local businesses, community members, and leading local employment and educational service providers, with the support of the Victorian government.

Designed to empower local employers, the toolkits provide practical guidance for implementing diversity strategies, effective mentoring practices, and robust employee retention initiatives, all with a focus on community members facing barriers to employment. By adopting these resources, businesses can enhance their workplace inclusivity, strengthen their reputation, attract and retain local talent, and improve overall employee satisfaction, ultimately reducing turnover rates and strengthening local economic inclusion.
