Invitation To Tender: Contract No. N400578 Wyndham Heritage Citations Review

Wyndham City Council is seeking a duly qualified and experienced Heritage consultancy firm to undertake the Council Heritage Citations review.

The scope of consultancy services generally involves and by no means limited to the following:

Reassess the significance of ninety-two 92 existing places in the Heritage Overlay through research, site survey investigations, and significance assessment including comparative analysis.
Prepare Heritage Citations and Statements of Significance, and recommendations for mapping and protection in line with Department of Transport and Planning’s Practice Note 1: Applying the Heritage Overlay (2018); and
Undertake community engagement to seek input from landowners, the broader community, and key stakeholders.
