We recommend doing 5 sessions before baby arrives and 5 sessions after baby comes.The program can be offered to separated partners where there is a willingness to co parent.

Family Foundations will work on:

Building a strong parenting team
Developing skills to manage challenges and conflict in family relationships
Strengthening communication and support
Managing stress and practical ways to cope.

Research shows that when parents co-operate and learn to manage stress - there are better outcomes for babies. Program is being offered in Wyndham, Brimbank, Hume and Moreland. Fully funded by the State government.
