At bestchance Training, we offer a model of learning that focuses on ensuring our graduates are workforce-ready.  To achieve this, we offer career guidance, job seeking support, study groups and access to industry professionals.  With over 100 early childhood services across Victoria, it is safe to say that we know the industry because we are the industry!

CHC50113 - Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

CHC30113 - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

These vocational fields are a key part of the overall bestchance vision as a not-for-profit organisation. Our goal is to ensure that individuals in our communities are empowered through education and employment, and that our communities are supplied with the qualified professionals needed to care for the most vulnerable.

It is our mission to set our students up for success and so we provide Homework Clubs and Study Groups so that students feel connected and supported.  We also offer free counselling to any student experiencing concerns about their mental health.
