We can assist NDIS participants aged 7-65 with acquired brain injury, autism, physical/intellectual disability.

We have qualified NDIS screened support workers that can provide supports in the following areas:
- Daily living activities (assistance with eating, personal hygiene or grooming, dressing, etc)
- Community participation (helping participants achieve goals of finding and participating in a variety of community, social and civic activities)
- Household tasks (cleaning, assistance with preparing meals, changing bed sheets, etc)
- Development of daily living & life Skills (helping participants develop life skills, communication skills, social skill)
- Assistance with Travel/Transport arrangements (aiding participants' ability to travel and use public transport independently, as well as other transport arrangements)

Our approach is to always put the participant first and help them meet their needs and goals by working together with their families, carers and other support providers.

Our team is experienced, multi-lingual, can help with a range of activities/tasks and offers a person-centered care.
