I value creating open and safe environments for clients to explore the issues they are facing, and aim to strengthen their insight and awareness to go into deeper work. I prioritize checking in and ensuring the therapeutic relationship is aligned as we navigate challenging spaces together.

In my practice I utilise evidence-based approaches, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).

I see clients from age 16 + with a special interest in perinatal clients. I support with issues such as:
