The Mental Health Foundation Australia offers support to people and their carers who are from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALO) background living in Victoria.
This is a support group especially designed for Indian women living in Victoria. It will give women an opportunity to increase their social interaction and combat isolation. It will also help enhance their interpersonal skills, enlighten them with information that will foster easier integration and eventually empower them to move forward in a new environment.
You may need this service if you are experiencing feelings of loneliness and social isolation. Other stressors can relate to work, relationships, finances, housing and other life challenges. These can all compromise our well-being.
This Support Group is free of cost.
Indian Women's Support Group will meet:
Date: Every 3rd Monday of the month
Time: 11:30am - 1:30pm
