Tordal Property is a local boutique property management agency that offer landlords and tenants a personal service focused solely on property management as an alternative to your typical sales focused real estate agency that has property management as an add-on to their primary service.

Yasmin Tordal, the Licensee/Property Manager for Tordal Property, started the agency as she heard again and again from friends, family and clients alike that they felt like a number with their property manager. Often, landlords are left to wonder if their property is looked well after, and tenants are left frustrated as simple management requests takes up to several weeks to address. Tordal Property is here to change that. We operate in Point Cook, Williams Landing, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit and Wyndham Vale so the focus and knowledge stay local.

Yasmin Tordal has been in the real estate industry since 2004, where she completed her Agents Representative License, and gaining experience along the way in established sales, new development, new homes sales and property management, became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in January 2014. She has lived and worked locally in the Point Cook area since 2008, and has an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market. The area is a growing area for young families and professionals alike, and she loves to live and work in an area with lots of exciting development and growth for Melbourne's West.
