Wyndham City Council is calling on the community to get in involved in shaping Wyndham’s future by providing feedback on key strategic plans.
The four draft plans have been developed with the community through the Future Wyndham project, and now is the opportunity for everyone to share what they think. Thousands of pieces of feedback have been collected over two phases of engagement with community to help shape these documents.
The community can read the Draft Budget, the Council Plan (incorporating the Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan), the Long-Term Financial Plan and the Asset Plan and provide their feedback online.
Wyndham City Mayor, Councillor Mia Shaw, said Council wanted to ensure residents have the opportunity to shape Wyndham’s future and encouraged them to provide their feedback.
“We know our community is passionate about where they live and without them, we would not have been able to develop these plans without the amazing insight our community members provided us,” Cr Shaw said.
“The four plans will help us build a healthy, prosperous, vibrant Wyndham for generations to come.”
“Community members can pick and choose what they want to provide feedback on. They may have a particular interest in just providing feedback on one draft plan, but we also welcome community members who want to provide feedback on all four.”
