Wyndham City is a participating Council of My Smart Garden along with Moonee Valley, Hobsons Bay, Maribyrnong, Brimbank, Stonington, Yarra and Moreland Councils.
Council defines community gardens as an area of land tended by a group of people to grow edible and non-edible plants. They are community led and not-for-profit.
Wyndham City Council is committed to enhancing the environment & liveability for residents. As part of this commitment thousands of new trees are planted each year in order to increase Wyndham’s trees
Wyndham City offers most Wyndham households three free hard and green waste collection services each financial year.
