(0117) Development of Daily living and life skills
Development Of Daily Living and Life Skills focuses on training the client to develop skills that can increase their ability to live independently.

(0106) Assist life stage Transition
At Possibility Support Services, we provide support and strengthen clients as they go through major stages
As such life stages can be very overwhelming, we provide support for all levels to make the transition easy and smooth.

(0108) Assist travel/travel​

Assistance with travel to attend medical appointments, social activities within community or attending work we can provide assistance with transport.

(0115) Daily tasks/Shared living
Assistance or supervision with daily tasks in shared Living focuses on developing and promoting domestic skills that allow participants to live autonomously.

(0116) Innovation community participation

Clients can choose to participate in community programs that promote inclusivity to increase community participation and employability.
This program evolves depending on the support level of the client; however, all levels focus on resilience, wellbeing and personal growth to feel more connected in the local community.

(0120) household Task

Assistance with household tasks which participants unable to undertake and require support and supervision with such as:

• Garden maintenance
• House cleaning and vacuuming
• Washing, drying and linen services
• Meal preparation
• Grocery shopping

0125 Participate community

Our experience and expertise ensure every participant receive best services to live indecently we provide Individual support to access community activities as it can improve confidence, community relationship, communication skills mental and physical wellbeing. We will provide assistance to engage within community, social and recreational activities as per individual goals. t not, eating out or whatever may be your interest!

0136 Group centre/ Base activities

Assist and encourage participants to join centre-based activities social and recreation activities in groups which promote socialism, creating enriching friendship and learn new skills all while socialising and having fun.
