The Inclusive Industries Toolkit supports local businesses in developing and implementing strategies to create more inclusive workplaces. It highlights how fostering inclusivity can positively impact productivity, employee wellbeing, and overall business success.

The Industry Mentoring Toolkit supports local businesses in building their capacity to onboard new staff and upskill existing personnel by providing resources and materials to independently implement a mentoring program.

Wyndham City Council Economic Development Business Advice & Support
Wyndham City's Economic Development Unit supports local businesses by offering business advice, navigating permits, connecting them with industry networks, and providing access to government assistance. Through the Business Engagement Program, they meet with businesses, often on-site, to understand their needs and offer tailored support. This helps foster business growth and contributes to the Wyndham’s economic sustainability.
AMES Australia
AMES Australia supports businesses with tailored training programs that enhance cultural diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Their services include online courses, workshops, and consultancy to improve employee skills, boost productivity, and create an inclusive environment. They also offer government-subsidised training for eligible employees and specialist recruitment services.
Additionally, AMES Australia helps organisations assess their cultural diversity competency and provides practical steps for effectively managing a diverse workforce. Their consultancy includes the Leading Diversity and Making Diversity Work programs, which can be delivered onsite, at their learning centres, or online.
The Gordon
The Gordon supports businesses by offering tailored, flexible training solutions to meet specific industry needs. Their services include workforce capability assessments, customised learning programs, and a range of accredited and non-accredited short courses and micro-credentials.
Training can be delivered locally, nationally, or internationally, with options for individuals, teams, or entire organisations.
They also provide digital credentials and support through grants, advisory committees, and leadership programs.
Wyndham Community and Education Centre
Wyndham Community and Education Centre collaborates with employers to design and implement customised employee retention projects.
These projects are tailored to meet the specific needs of each employer and leverage the expertise of bi-cultural workers and project officers.
They also provide Language, Literacy, and Numeracy training, which can be delivered onsite to enhance workforce skills and support career advancement or role transitions.
