Hi, I’m Hilke and I am a counsellor supporting parents and carers of neurodiverse families to gain strategies to strengthen their families so everyone can thrive. Together, we can find solutions that work for you individually and for your unique family. I can help you to nurture and strengthen yourself, work on parenting strategies tailored to your family, and help you to support your kids to live the rich and meaningful lives they deserve, as valued members of our society. While I have the relevant professional qualifications and extensive knowledge in health, wellness, and education, I also have extensive lived experience.

As a mother of neurodivergent kids, I have extensive lived experience as a carer and advocate for my family. I have experienced the challenges, overwhelm and exhaustion that come with this role firsthand, and am offering to use everything I have learnt and experienced to walk beside you, support and advocate for you and your family.

I offer appointments online or in person in Point Cook and you can use your/your child’s NDIS plan to pay for the sessions, if they align with the goals. Please contact me for a free 15-minute call so we can get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.
