Shoestring Gardening

We are an empowering and fun community group that works with households, community organisations, schools and businesses to establish edible gardens. We run gardening cooking workshops at Learner Kitchen Garden, which includes a chook house, aquaponics system, various composting displays and nursery.

Volunteer Positions Available

Our volunteer opportunities include administration, finance, public relations, social media, web design, gardening, cooking and general handy maintenance work. We are also keen to hear from people who would like to be a part of our Committee.
