Williams Landing Ward

The Williams Landing Ward covers 15.7 square kilometres. Covering the suburb of Williams Landing, it is bounded by Sayers Road, Morris Road, Skeleton Creek, Boardwalk Boulevard and Dunnings Road. As of July 2023, it had the highest number of electors – 19,178.

According to the Bureau of Statistics, Williams Landing Ward has a population of 29,372 – the second highest population by Ward in Wyndham. A total of 15,282 – or 52 per cent – were born overseas. The top five countries of foreign birth are India, China, New Zealand, the Philippines and Pakistan. A total of 57.5 per cent speak a language other than English.

A total of 34.5 per cent of Williams Landing Ward working age residents live and work in Wyndham, while 65.5 per cent are employed outside of Wyndham.
