Fashion Forward, Eco-Friendly, and Totally YOU!

At the twice a month Saturday workshops we:
-research the trends for 2025 and 2026 from the catwalk, movies, music and street fashions, accessories and bags.
-have the clothes swap- so be sure to bring 3 to 5 clean pieces of clothing to exchange.
-look at the shapes and materials available to up-cycle and think how we can work with these, as we sketch ideas.
-sketch ideas by freehand or tracing over a printed silhouette.
-working together we 'model', that is drape the fabric on us, adjust embellish the clothing to create new designs
-we learn to use a sewing machine and hand sewing
-play music, have fun, be creative and make new friends.
-It will be a 'gas' and you learn new lifelong skills. No cap!

Its a fun and creative workshop for all. Minimum age is 8 years old
Our workshops are on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.
**For the 1st Saturday we are at Wyndham Park Community Shed, 57A Kookaburra Avenue, Werribee, where we have access to the sewing machines. Time of workshop 10.00 am to 12.00pm
**For the 3rd Saturday of the month we are at The Eco Living Centre on 28 Ridge Drive, Wyndham Vale. Here we have a great space for cutting out large pieces and hand sewing for accessories and embellishments. Time of workshop 2.00 to 4.00pm

Cordial, tea and coffee available. Please note again minimum age is 8 years old.
