
Come along to the Wyndham Disability Connection Expo - an event to showcase support services, disability service providers, companies and organisations that share a commitment to empowering individuals, providing support and connecting people with disabilities to opportunities and resources.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage, learn and connect. With incredible guest speakers who are making a difference in the disability space in Wyndham, this is an event that can’t be missed!
This event is open to people with a lived experience of disability, their friends, families and carers, and any members of the community who are interested in attending.
This event is delivered in partnership with Cocoon SDA Care, Brotherhood of St Laurence, Beyond Choice and Australia Disability Services, members of the Wyndham Disability Services Network.

Wyndham Disability Connection Expo FAQ’S
Is there an attendance fee for the expo?
No, attendance is free for all visitors, but we request registration via Humanitix prior to the event.
How do I register?
Use the attached Humanitix link and fill out your details to register for the event
What time does the expo start and end?
The Expo runs from 10 AM to 3PM on Thursday the 29th of May, 2025.
Can I bring a support person with me?
Yes, we encourage attendees to bring a support person if needed. Please ensure they also register for the event, or your booking includes sufficient tickets to cover their attendance.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible – this includes the entrances, bathrooms and exhibition floor.
Are there any stalls left? How can I get a stall?
No. Stallholders were selected in March 2025 and our waitlist is over capacity.
Can I bring promotional materials for my service if I do not have a stall?
No. Visitors to the expo are strictly prohibited from distributing any promotional or marketing materials – including both physical and digital promotional materials. Any individual or group found distributing promotional materials without stallholder status will be asked to cease immediately and leave the venue. This is a zero tolerance policy.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available for free at Encore.
Are there any workshops or speakers at this event?
Yes, there will be several presentations and opportunities for learning on the day, including topics such as food and nutrition, self-care for carers, understanding your plan, a presentation from Paralympic swimmer and activist Matthew Haanappel OAM, and much more! Speaker times are available on the council website and via the Humanitix link.
Will there be food available at the venue?
Yes, there is a kiosk open on-site. Outside food and drinks may not be brought into Encore.

Yes, the expo is open to everyone – regardless of NDIS funding status. There will be organisations and services present that are both NDIS and non-NDIS affiliated.
