I am an Integrated Customer Experience designer with experience in Service Design, User Experience Design, Interface Design and Branding.

My work focuses on uncovering and translating users insights into actionable principles using lean and agile methodologies. My skills are in designing around core needs spanning across digital, print and spatial design creating simple and functional eco system for any product or organization.

I believe that brands should engage its users with simple, clever, human-centered approach across omni-channel touch points for consistent and seamless customer experience.
