Time to get out and active this Autumn. With indoor and outdoor activities you can have fun, whatever the weather!

We have lots of free activities for 3 to 18 year olds. Click on the boxes below to see each week's timetable. Sometimes we are able to include activities closer to the time so check back just incase.

Week 1 - Saturday 5 to Sunday 13 April
Week 2 - Monday 14 to Thursday 17 April

Registrations for most sessions open 7 days before the session

How to register:

  • Click activity name 
  • Check session details
  • Click on blue 'Register' button on right side (from 7 days before the session).
  • Complete registration form.
  • Humanitix will email your ticket

If the session is fully booked:

  • Join the waiting list. Humanitix will email when places become available.

To Cancel (at least 3 hours before):

  • Cancel through Humanitix (link in confirmation email:  Click update order, Click Refunds tab, Select ticket to cancel).

Wyndham City partners with community organisations to bring you a fun-packed free Active Holidays program each school holiday. We organise and also promote other organisations' sessions to help kids get active, have fun and find out what they can get involved in in Wyndham.

Registration and Safety Information

  • Outdoor sessions may be subject to changeable weather including heat and wind. Please wear appropriate clothing, footwear and bring water. Wyndham City with the activity providers will monitor weather and advise registered participants of any changes or cancellations to sessions.
  • Most activities require pre-booking - limited spaces are available. If you are not able to attend  please cancel your booking through Humanitix so others may take your place.
  • Under 16s must have a parent/ carer 16 years or over at the activity location.
  • Please ensure your name is ticked off on the register on arrival.
  • If you are not registered then the organisation has the right to not include you in their sessions due to health and safety, please be polite they are offering activities for free for kids to have fun.
  • Participants' bookings whose age is not within the activity age range will be cancelled
  • Please follow any processes in place as directed by the organisation/ coach(s).
  • If there are medical conditions, please inform the coaches.

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with future session improvement. Your information is being collected and processed in line with Wyndham City's privacy policy. To find out more, read here.

Our aim is for everyone to have a positive experience when attending the Active Holidays program, children feel safe and have fun. This program is a partnership with community organisations. If you have any feedback about the session that you attend please email activewyndham@wyndham.vic.gov.au
