The weekly tai chi classes are held on Thursday evenings commencing at 7.30 pm till 8.30 pm for beginners. The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Come along and enjoy the many health benefits of qigong and tai chi.
We run 6 terms per year. Each term goes for 7 weeks.
