Art Sessions with Irene can be a time to express yourself creatively through drawing, painting, pascal or charcoal. Materials are all provided. Practice Art to feed your soul & release anxiety.

Are you interested in attending a Playgroup?

Abacus classes are for children aged 4-14 years. Our course is designed to enhance mathematical skills, improve concentration, and boost overall cognitive development.

Our aim is to promote friendship by encouraging an interest in patchwork, quilting and other crafts. We also support local organisations by donating quilts and other items and by fundraising.

A food swap is a free exchange of excess of fruit, veggies, herbs, eggs, preserves, or gardening items like seeds, or how about a homemade cake or a loaf of bread (Please label ingredients).

Yoga Meditation and Healing class invites all the adults to take this wonderful opportunity to embrace their unique selves. Begin their selfcare journey by immersing themselves into simple yoga.
