Winter Football

Looking to get involved in sport this Winter?

Our winter clubs are busy planning their winter seasons! Are you looking to try a new sport, or maybe get involved with one you used to do? From indoor to outdoor, individual to team sports there are lots of activities to keep you healthy and active.

Joining in an activity is a great way to keep motivated and find new friends. Being active makes us feel better –  it lifts our mood, helps us de-stress, improves sleep and gives us more energy.

Over February and March and beyond, you can join in free sessions and try out different activities to help you work out what you would like to do. There are more activities to be added as clubs confirm details, so keep checking back for more opportunities.

Looking to try something new?

Come and Try sessions are a great way to have a go, learn a few skills, meet some people and find out a bit about the sport before deciding whether you would like to join up for the season.
