- This competition is run by Wyndham City Council (‘Council’) in the state of Victoria, Australia only. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or LinkedIn.
- By entering this competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions of entry. If your entry does not comply with these terms and conditions, it will not be valid and will not be accepted.
- Entry is restricted to Wyndham residents aged 18 years and over. Council staff, Councillors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- The competition opens at 8:00am on 16 March 2023 and closes at 9:00am on 21 March 2023 (‘competition period’). Entries received outside of the competition period will not be accepted.
- To enter the competition, during the competition period, you must ‘like’ the Wyndham City Facebook page and tag a friend in the comments on the competition post.
- Only one entry per person per social media platform will be accepted. Entrants acknowledge and agree that if they submit an entry via this platform, they will only be eligible for a maximum of one prize in the entire competition.
- Competition winners will be drawn at 10:00am on 21 March 2023 by Council officers. Three winners will be drawn from all valid entries submitted via Facebook. There will be 3 winners in total who will each receive two general admission tickets to Dressage and Jumping with the Stars, to be held at National Equestrian Centre (170 K Road, Werribee South) on 23 – 25 March 2023. Tickets can only be used to attend event on Saturday 25th March. Each ticket is valued up to $20 and the total prize pool is valued at $120.
- Winners will be contacted by Facebook and will subsequently be announced on the Wyndham City Facebook page. Winners consent to the publication of their names for the purpose of announcing the competition winners.
- If a winner cannot be contacted by 10:00am on 22 March 2023, Council may opt to conduct a further draw to determine a new winner.
- If you are a winner, you agree to provide an email address to Council to enable your prize to be emailed to you. Council accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen prizes.
- Council may require a winner to provide evidence or their identity or that they live in Wyndham. If there is a dispute as to the identity or residential address of a winner, Council reserves the right, in its entire discretion, to determine the identity or address of a winner.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, invalid or corrupt entries.
- If for any reason, this competition cannot be run as planned, Council reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
- Council reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Council’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
