This project is aimed at enhancing road safety, improving drainage, and upgrading infrastructure to better serve the community. It also involves rebuilding and expanding the road pavement to accommodate increased traffic and improve road conditions, enhancing roadside drainage systems to prevent flooding and ensure proper water management, implementing various road safety measures to protect drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists, and signage for better visibility and clearer guidance.

The Bulban Road (Windmill) road upgrade forms part of our Connecting Wyndham Strategy and is a vital investment in our infrastructure, aimed at creating a safer, more efficient, and sustainable transportation network for all residents and visitors.
This project is projected to be delivered by 2034, subject to future funding.
